CAA issues new procedures for arriving passengers in Oman Airports

The Civil Aviation Authority on Monday, December 20, 2021, has issued a circular with regards to the procedures for passengers arriving through the airports of the Sultanate of Oman, according to the CAA’s post on their official Twitter account:

  1. Passengers must conduct a PCR before arriving at the airports of the Sultanate of Oman.
  2. Passengers must obtain a “passenger registration card” by registering at https://covid19.emushrif.om/.  This should be done 48 hours prior to the departure date and attach the Covid-19 vaccination certificate as approved in the Sultanate of Oman and upload the negative PCR test results before arriving at the airport of the Sultanate of Oman.
  3. Passengers holding a “passenger registration card” with a black stripe (procedures in-completed) should go to the passenger registration service counters to complete the necessary procedures upon arrival at the airports of the Sultanate of Oman.
  4. Passengers who have completed their procedure should go directly to the passport counters.
  5. All the documents must be present upon arrival at the airport in order to present them to the competent authorities.
