With the aim to provide more diverse retail offerings where discerning shoppers can touch and feel their favourite brands before making their purchases, City Centre Muscat, the first and largest lifestyle shopping destination in Oman is opening several new stores, including fast-fashion brand YOYOSO, and Italian leather accessories brand Furla. Based on popular demand, the world’s biggest sportswear maker, Nike is opening a bigger store on the ground floor. With more than 700 stores in 45 countries, Nike offers sports shoes and apparel to boost your strength, endurance and cardio workouts.
The seven new brands will join the existing range of 200 international retailers, including Centrepoint, H&M, Max, Sun & Sand Sports and Patchi, adding variety and choice for consumers in the Sultanate. In addition to that, City Centre Muscat also addresses the day-to-day needs of families with a Carrefour Hypermarket and is a social hub for friends who can enjoy myriad entertainment options, such as VOX Cinemas and Magic Planet.
Kuwait-based fashion brand, ANOTAH is opening in the East Wing opposite to M&S, bringing vibrant and inspired collections that are tailored to suit the tastes of modest Middle Eastern women. The lifestyle brand offers accessible fashion to women and children along with charming bags and accessories. From a single store in Kuwait, ANOTAH has grown to over 25 stores across the Middle East.
Adding to the variety is Italian fashion house, Furla. Offering an assortment of leather goods, shoes, sunglasses and scarves for both men and women, Furla will undoubtedly add a flair of sophistication to the mix. Established in 1927, the Italian luxury brand by Aldo Furlanetto, has been crafting luxury lifestyle experience for customers across the globe with a foot grounded in its solid past of time-honoured craftsmanship, artisanal expertise, a sense of beauty and innovative designs.
With more than 1,000 stores worldwide, Chinese lifestyle brand YOYOSO, will be a welcomed addition City Centre Muscat’s offering. Additionally, the growing popularity of Casio watches has inspired the opening of a new Casio watch shop opposite Toys R Us on the ground floor. The new shop houses the brand’s different watch lines including G-Shock Gravity Master, Gulf Master, Mud Master, MRG, and MTG, Baby-G, Oceanus and Edifice.
City Centre Muscat will also welcome Rawazin bookstore and Awasr, bringing something for everyone under one roof. For those with a sweet tooth, Cinnabon will delight with its diverse range of cinnamon and chocolate buns and chilled beverages.
Nando’s, home of the original flamed-grilled chicken PERi-PERi will reopen in the East Wing of the mall opposite Ahwak. The new location features Nando’s unique décor and design that celebrates the global restaurant chain’s South African and Portuguese roots.
Funtazmo Kids, the first of its kind edutainment centre in Oman, joins City Centre Muscat’s leisure and entertainment. The centre hosts an exciting array of activities for kids to enjoy and a fun dynamic space for the little ones to explore.
