From 12 – 23 June 2020, the Sub-Task Group for the Repatriation of OFWs has cleared a total of 16,223 returning overseas Filipinos (OFWs and non-OFWs) — identified using their lab IDs — who are declared negative for COVID-19, based on their RT-PCR test results.

Returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs) who are included in the list are advised to coordinate with the PCG or OWWA personnel at the quarantine facility to process their return to their respective home province or home city.
Meanwhile, as part of the new system being implemented at the NAIA, ROFs who were swabbed at the airport shall receive e-mail certifications from the Philippine Red Cross (PRC).
ROFs who have received e-mail certifications indicating that they are negative for COVID-19 may already leave their designated quarantine facilities, after verification from the PCG or OWWA personnel.
Moreover, the processing and printing of quarantine clearances at the PITX or NAIA is only applicable to those ROFs who were swabbed aboard cruise ships, in various quarantine hotels, or at the Palacio de Maynila Testing Center.
