A citizen who fails to comply with home quarantine and remove his tracking bracelet was imprisoned for 20 days and imposed a fine of OMR 500.
Public Prosecution said in an announcement, “On Monday, the Court of First Instance in South Al-Batinah Governorate issued a ruling against the decisions of the Supreme Committee in charge of examining the mechanism for dealing with developments resulting from the spread of the coronavirus, for removing the tracking bracelet and not adhering to home quarantine.”
