The Ministry of Health on Wednesday, March 22, 2022, announced a newly updated list for all vaccines approved in the Sultanate of Oman and adopted by the World Health Organization.
The Ministry has adopted all vaccines that are used in a number of countries and adopted by the regulatory organizations and authorities
Vaccine manufacturer and trade name (Two doses at least 14 days aparat)
- AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria , Covishield)
- Pfizer- BioNTech (Comirnaty)
- Moderna (Spikevax or Takeda Japan)
- Sinopharm (Beijing) (Covilo)
- Sinovac (CoronaVac)
- Bharat Biotech (Covaxin)
- CanSinoBio (Convidecia)
- Novavax (Nuvaxovid) (Covovax)
- Gamaleya Research Institute (Sputnik V)
Single dose vaccines:
- Johnson & Johnson ( Ad26.COV2.S ) .
- Sputnik Lite
