Night movement ban will end on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 5:00am

The Supreme Committee wishes to note that the night movement ban will end on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at 05:00 am and reaffirms that the school year for all students will start on Sunday, November 1st, 2020.

The Supreme Committee expresses its deep concern as some individuals continue to gather in occasions, flouting the pandemic preventive norms, and have caused a spike in COVID-19 cases and deaths.

The Committee therefore urges all citizens and residents to join the national effort to fight the pandemic, and to report any incidents violating its decisions.




The Committee confirms the decision to start the school year for all students on Sunday, November 1st, 2020, adopting the blended curriculum for all schools, and focusing on distance learning.

The Committee has approved to open the doors to volunteering in various sectors which address the pandemic, and the competent authorities will announce the governing mechanisms.

Eventually, the committee wishes to note that the night movement ban will end on Saturday, October 24th, 2020 at 05:00 a.m.
