Notice of unclaimed passports (October 2018)

The Philippine Embassy in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman wishes to give notice to the following Passport Applicants that they are given until 27 December 2018 to claim their new passport at the Embassy from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday to Thursday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every first Friday of the month:

  4. BACCAY, Eloisa Bayang
  5. COLINDRES, Gaspar Fernandez
  6. DANIEL, Jocelyn Dalin
  7. DELA CONCEPCION, Rhoda Lucito
  8. DUMDUMAYA, Aireen Aspero
  9. LICANDA, Thelma Saligan
  10. MOSQUESA, Bernadette Cabaluna
  11. SALENGA, Cristina Perez
  12. SERICOS, Nestor Lizardo
  13. SILAYAN, Cornelia Crisostomo
  14. URBINA, Vilma Teresita Corpuz
  15. VALENCIA, Lily Pedralvez
  16. VELASCO, Teresa Cruz

The passport issued to the named applicants will be cancelled and disposed of, following prescribed procedures after the said deadline.

Kindly bring the old passport and official receipt when claiming the new passport.  If claimant is other than the applicant, an authorization letter from the applicant is required to claim the passport.
