Oman extends evening lockdown from 5:00PM to 4:00AM, starting July 16 until July 31

The Supreme Committee has imposed a ban on commercial activities and movement of individuals and vehicles between 5pm and 4am, starting July 16 until July 31.

According to the statement, commercial activities must be closed and movement of individuals and vehicles will be banned. However, Musandam Governorate has been excluded from the closure due to less number of cases.

During the Eid holidays from 10 to 12 Dhu al-Hijjah, there will be a complete closure in the Sultanate.

Meanwhile, citizens and residents who have received at least one dose of the approved vaccine in the Sultanate can enter Dhofar. However, for those coming who are visiting Dhofar from outside the country must take two doses of the approved vaccine. This decision comes into force from July 9, 2021, until further notice.
