Philippine Embassy in Oman – Online Appointment System for Assistance to Nationals

The Philippine Embassy in Oman has issued an advisory dated May 31, 2020 regarding the  Online Appointment System for Assistance-to-Nationals.

Advisory

The Philippine Embassy in Muscat informs the public that appointments for Assistance to Nationals (ATN) consultations may now be booked online through this link: https://bit.ly/2yMEtpV.

The ATN appointment system is for Filipino nationals who wish to seek the assistance of the Embassy’s ATN Section with regards to their concerns on general legal issues, residency status, repatriation and other similar matters.

Employment related concerns (i.e. termination of employment, violations of labor contract, unpaid salaries, absconding, other labor matters) are handled by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office-Muscat (POLO-Muscat). They may be reached at tel. no.: 93557932 or 24605177.

The ATN Appointment System is not for consular related concerns (i.e. passport renewal, notarization, marriage). Appointments for consular matters may be made at: (968) 24605140/5143/5335.

Those with confirmed appointments are advised to bring the confirmation email at the appointed date/time to be granted entry to the Embassy premises.
