Philippine Embassy in Muscat will be open every first Friday of the month

In an effort to better serve the needs of the Filipino community in Oman and the public at large, the Philippine Embassy in Muscat has announced extended service hours beginning Friday, November 10, 2023. The embassy will open its doors from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on every first Friday of the month thereafter.

This move aims to accommodate a wide range of services to the public, making it more convenient for Filipinos and foreign nationals alike who require assistance with consular affairs, overseas voter registration, labor and employment matters, as well as assistance to nationals and welfare concerns.

The services available on these extended Fridays cover a comprehensive array of consular and community-related services. These include:

  1. Consular – Passport, Visa, Civil Registry
  2. Notarials, Certification, and Acknowledgment
  3. Overseas Voters’ Registration
  4. Labor and Employment,
  5. Assistance to Nationals, and
  6. Welfare Concerns
