The Filipino tradition of Simbang Gabi, the 9 evening or dawn Masses in preparation for Christmas, continues this year even if we are facing a difficult time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Churches in Oman are not yet allowed to continue their masses and we are supposed to have the Simbang gabi by this time of the year. Luckily, due to the advancement of technology, we can have the traditional Simbang Gabi live online.
