TATANG Asian Grill & Noodles


Another Filipino restaurant has opened its door for our kababayans and to be added in the few lists of Pinoy restaurant in Oman and hoping that there will be more options to come.

A few days ago when Tatang Asian Grill & Noodles had their soft opening. The restaurant is located in the heart of Al Khuwair, where the Pinoy Chix (now closed) located before, just in front of the Mars hypermarket.

Since its the second day of the holiday, we had a chance to try out this newly opened restaurant…

The entrance is the same as the last occupant, they just, of course, change the branding to represent the new restaurant…

Tatang’s menu offers short orders particularly noodles soup…

Filipino favorite silog meal are also available…

We ordered the seafood platter which is a combination of crabs, shrimps and white fish…

Bulalo large plus two rice…

I had the grilled kingfish…

and beef mami

Let’s try the lomi too…

For  Seafood platter, bulalo large, chicken mami, chicken lomi, beef mami, grilled kingfish with rice 2 extra rice and 6 bottled water…here is the bill
