Total COVID-19 cases in Oman exceeds 71K

The Ministry of Health has registered 1660 new coronavirus cases in Oman on Wednesday.

Among those, 296 new cases were of expats and 1364 of Omanis.

The total cases in the country has now touched 71,547, including 47922 recoveries and 349 deaths, according to MOH.

The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
